With a small screwdriver, we pry on one side of the old rubber button panel until it comes out of its housing; being worn out, it is likely to come off in pieces. We will also have to remove the plastic support, because we will have to reassemble it on the new button panel, and then insert it into the housing, only after reassembling the button panel on top of it. Now we press the button panel firmly into its housing, and it's done.
