In this brief guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to dismantle and replace the gear knob of the Hyundai Elantra. First, get inside the cabin and start pulling firmly on the gear knob upwards to detach and remove it; while doing so, also pull the gear gaiter, detaching it from the base, as shown in the video. At this point, replace the gear knob and the gaiter if necessary, ensuring it is correctly installed on the lever; make sure there is no play between the lever and the knob itself.
