Replacing the battery in a Hyundai i20? Is the battery damaged? Let's look at removing the old battery located in the engine bay. Open and lift the front bonnet by releasing the catch with your fingers, then secure it. Once the engine bay is open, you will find the battery. Unscrew the fastening screws above the battery terminals, then remove it from the engine bay. After obtaining the new battery, install it in the engine bay (same voltage).
