Replacing the diesel filter on a Hyundai i20? Remove the battery to access the diesel filter. Lift the front bonnet, locate the diesel filter after removing the supply battery. Use a socket to unscrew the bolt that secures the container where the diesel filter is located. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Finally, fit the new diesel filter (connect pipes and cables) and tighten the securing bolts with the socket. Close the front bonnet after assembly. Start the vehicle and test it.
