How to Remove the Instrument Cluster on Hyundai Matrix

Model: Hyundai Matrix MK 1 - Years 2001-2010

Want to replace the instrument cluster? Let's see how to remove the part from the dashboard (driver's side). Use a lever to remove the covering of the instrument cluster (without breaking the plastic clips) and detach it from the dashboard. Unscrew the securing screws at the bottom of the instrument cluster and remove the part: disconnect the power connectors. After removing the instrument cluster from the dashboard, prepare to install a new part or refit the same one (repair the instrument cluster if necessary). At the end of the installation, test the operation of the instrument cluster.
