How to Remove the Radio Trim on a Hyundai Matrix

Do you want to remove the radio from your Hyundai Matrix but don’t know how? Let’s see in this guide how to remove the trim around the central dashboard where the radio is located. Remove the stereo trim with a plastic lever (where the air vents are located); detach the plastic around the gear lever. Once the trim pieces are removed, unscrew the securing screws located on either side. Pull out the stereo by hand and disconnect the cables (for power and antenna). To reassemble, follow the disassembly steps in reverse.
