How to remove the radio from a Hyundai i20? Let's look at removing the cover above the dashboard and the radio afterwards. Detach the trim around the radio using a plastic lever (where the air vents are located): detach it from the central console once the clips are removed. Once the edge of the radio is visible, unscrew the securing screws located on its sides with a screwdriver. Extract the radio by hand and disconnect the cables (power and antenna). To reassemble, reverse the disassembly steps (connect the terminals, antenna cable, and securing screws).
