First, go inside the cabin, then carefully pry off the small plastic panel indicated, using a flat-head screwdriver along the seam. Next, disconnect the power connector of the adjuster, unscrew the three mounting bolts of the mirror with a socket spanner, and separate it from the door. To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
