Removing the Gear Lever Gaiter on the Hyundai Atos

If the gear gaiter on the Hyundai Atos has worn out from use, we will replace it with a new one. Start by unscrewing the five screws that secure the centre tunnel where the gearbox and handbrake are located. Proceed by unscrewing the gear knob; at this point, you can slide off the centre tunnel and turn it upside down.

This will give you access to the base of the gaiter, which is secured by four screws that you will unscrew, allowing you to remove it from its housing. Remove the metal clips that attach the faux leather to the base, which you will reuse to fit the new gaiter.

Once secured, reassemble everything by reversing the previous steps.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
