If it happens that even though the air conditioning gas is refilled in a short time, the gas tends to discharge, reducing the cooling efficiency, it is likely that there may be a leak in the system caused by a rupture of the condenser; its position (it is located in front of the radiator, immediately behind the bumper) exposes it to a high risk of damage, both for possible bumps from parking and due to constant contact with midges; then proceed with the gas recovery, disassemble the bonnet strut crosspiece, the fixing pins of the lower bumper band and unhook the condenser to be able to extract it from its seat; proceed backwards to install the new one and then perform the vacuum test and gas refill.
