This video shows how to adjust the handbrake on a Hyundai i20. To adjust the handbrake, get into the back seats of the car, remove the cover in the central storage compartment to access the cable. For easier adjustment, you can remove the bolt with a 10 mm spanner to lift the compartment and use a 13 mm spanner at the bottom to reach the cable adjuster more comfortably. Tighten until the handbrake is correctly adjusted. Once adjusted, remove the spanner, replace the bolt, and reattach the cover.
