The second step is to remove the glove compartment, releasing the two levers that hold it in place. The third step is to remove the drawer and open the air filter cover. The fourth step is to remove the filter. The fifth step is to insert the new filter. We conclude the filter replacement operation by closing the filter cover and reinserting the glove compartment into its housing.
