This tutorial shows you how to replace the diesel filter on a Hyundai i30, third generation model with a 1.6 CRDi engine. First, remove the airbox hose to access the diesel filter.

Next, disconnect all the various connectors and hoses from the filter. Once done, unscrew the screws holding the filter in place and remove it. Then, detach the entire structure and the upper connector from the old filter and refit them onto the new filter as shown in the video.

Finally, use a pump to fill the new filter with some diesel and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
