To replace the timing chain on an Iveco Daily, it is advisable to remove the entire engine block from its housing and loosen the bolts securing the cover on its side. This will provide access to the pulleys, and you will need to loosen the central nut of the tensioner roller.

Once removed, you can slide the chain out of its housing and replace it with a new part. After installing the new timing chain, you can replace all the removed parts.
