IVECO Daily - Video tutorial

Model: IVECO Daily MK 4 - Years 2006-2020
Part: Timing belt
Operation: Replacement of the Iveco Daily timing chain

Today we are going to see how to replace the timing chain of an Iveco Daily, an operation that requires the disassembly of the engine block. As a first operation we will unscrew the bolts of the side cover where the chain in question is located. Once the cover bolts have been unscrewed, we will immediately notice the chain and it will be necessary to loosen the chain tensioner bolt located in the center in order to remove the chain to be replaced. Now, once the worn chain has been removed, just insert the new one and screw in the chain tensioner bolt and then close the cover previously unscrewed using the fixing screws.
