Replacing the Timing Chain on an Iveco Daily

Today, you will learn how to replace the timing chain on an Iveco Daily, a task that requires disassembling the engine block. As the first step, unscrew the bolts of the side cover where the timing chain is located. Once the cover bolts are removed, you will immediately see the chain, and it will be necessary to loosen the tensioner bolt located in the centre to remove the chain to be replaced. Now, once the worn chain is removed, simply insert the new one and tighten the tensioner bolt before closing the previously removed cover with the securing screws.
