The replacement of the battery in the key of your Jeep Renegade is definitely one of the simplest operations you can perform independently. First of all, get a flathead screwdriver and use it to easily remove the back cover of the key. Then remove the small battery protection cover and replace it with a new CR2032 battery. Finally, reassemble the back cover of the key and you're done.
