In this video, see how to remove the roof rails from the Jeep Compass MK2. Use a plastic spatula to lift the rubber cover located on the edge of the vehicle's roof. Leverage the extreme end of the rubber strip, then you will find some clips to remove as you lift the strip: be careful not to break them, as they support the roof rack underneath the car's roof.

Once lifted, you will find the support bolts, which need to be removed along the entire length of the component, allowing you to take it off completely. Repeat on the other side to complete the job.

How to open the bonnet on a Volkswagen Golf?
