How to reset the oil light on a Jeep Renegade.

To perform the reset, you need an Android device with the Alfa OBD app installed and the PIN code for the interface, which is usually "1234." Insert the Bluetooth OBD2 interface into the port, turn on the ignition, and connect the Android device. Open the Alfa OBD app, which should already have the language set, select the brand (Jeep) and the model (Renegade), choose the function (engine), select the control unit, and tap "connect." Once connected, tap the vehicle icon with the hood open and go to "procedures," select "oil replacement," tap "start," and wait for the message "procedure completed successfully." Turn off the ignition, disconnect the app, and remove the OBD2 interface.
