Removing the Door Panel on Jeep Cherokee

Model: Jeep Cherokee KL, MK 5 - Years 2013-2023

Using a plastic wedge, remove the small screw cover near the opening handle and the one behind the window switch. Undo the two exposed bolts, which are 7 mm and 10 mm. It may seem strange, but most of the work is already done, as these two bolts were the only ones holding the panel in place. Now, using a flat screwdriver or the plastic wedge, pry around the entire gap of the panel to extract it from the door: start from the lower area and work slowly to avoid damaging the clips. Disconnect the cables and you're done.
