Replacing Instrument Cluster Bulbs

Model: Jeep Grand Cherokee MK 2, WJ - Years 1998-2004

To replace the instrument cluster bulbs, it is necessary to remove it: start by removing the cover located under the instrument cluster, just behind the light switch controls; then unscrew the fastening screws of the instrument cluster and pull it forward, disconnecting the power connector. Once the dial is on the bench, extract the old bulbs (bayonet fitting) and insert the new ones: since it is necessary to dismantle the entire dial and to avoid some points being brighter than others, it is recommended to replace all the bulbs. Proceed in reverse for reassembly.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
