To replace the key battery of the Jeep Renegade, lower the tab on the front to remove the chrome upper part, to which the keyring is attached. Once this is removed, pry inside its housing to separate the two halves of the remote. This will allow you to extract the battery from its housing and replace it with a new spare part. After installation, rejoin the two halves of the remote and insert the keyring back into its slot, ensuring everything functions correctly.
