In this short video tutorial, you will see how to reset the Uconnect version 8.4 system on various FCA group models, such as the Dodge Journey, Fiat Freemont, and Jeep Compass. First, get inside the car and turn on the ignition; then, turn on the Uconnect navigation system and press both navigation buttons on the radio (the browser and volume buttons) simultaneously, holding them for ten seconds. At this point, you will see that the system will turn off and perform the reset. All that’s left is to turn it back on and check its functionality.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
