To replace the battery of the key / remote control of the Jeep Renegade, we begin by extracting the metal key, proper, from its housing, inside the block that contains the remote control itself. To do this, we move (and hold in place) the metal-colored lever, which we find on one side of the remote control, and take the metal key out of its seat. Now, using a screwdriver, lever inside the key housing and continue along the perimeter outlined by the two shells, which make up the remote control. In this, the two shells separate and we can access the battery. We extract the same from its seat (using, for example, a small screwdriver) and replace it with the new one. Let's reassemble everything and that's it!
