Learn how to change the battery of the remote key for a Jeep Renegade. Take your remote key and use a screwdriver to pry at the side of the key cover until the cap covering the battery separates. Remove the worn battery with a small screwdriver and take a new one of the same size and type; replace it. Refit the cover on your remote: press on the key case until you hear the locking click (cap of the cover). Check the correct functioning of the key with the designated buttons (door opening and closing).
