Jeep Renegade - Video tutorial
Model: Jeep Renegade
BU, 520, MK 1
- Years 2014-2023 Today we see how to change the automatic gearbox oil on Jeep Renegade, the same procedure can also be used on Jeep Compass. First we lift the car and go to locate our gearbox oil tank; then we go to unscrew the vent bolt and let all the oil out. At this point we remove the entire sump, in order to clean it thoroughly from the old residual oil, and we go to reassemble it (replacing the filter if possible): we just have to pour the new gearbox oil, with the suitable specifications, into the 'special upper hole in the engine compartment.
