Replacing the Mesh in the Inserts of the Front Grille of the Jeep Grand Cherokee

Model: Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2, MK 4 - Years 2010-2021

To replace the chrome mesh with a black one in the inserts on the grille, first, open the front bonnet. Next, remove the clips holding the grille using a trim removal tool, so that it can be detached easily. Now, using a cross-head screwdriver or a flexible insert mounted on a drill, unscrew the screws holding the insert on the grille. Once the insert is removed, detach the chrome mesh applied to it, taking care not to damage the retaining clips. At this point, you can attach the new black mesh to the insert and mount it back onto the grille. Repeat the same operation for the remaining inserts and reattach the grille with the corresponding clips.
