The warning will activate every 12 or 24 months depending on the model or after a certain number of miles specified by the manufacturer. Start by turning the ignition on; now press the accelerator pedal down three times within 30 seconds and then turn off the car. Upon the next restart, the annoying warning will be gone, and you can continue driving.
