Replacing the alternator on the Jeep Cherokee

Today, you will learn how to remove and replace the alternator on the Jeep Cherokee by following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet and start by disconnecting the battery by unscrewing the terminal bolts; then disconnect and remove the serpentine belt as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the alternator mounting nuts using a 10 mm socket spanner, and disconnect the electrical wiring. Remove and replace the alternator with the new one, applying the reverse procedure!
