In this tutorial, you will learn how to check and top up the oil in a Jeep Compass, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the engine is off and cold, then open the bonnet and remove the dipstick from the yellow ring located on the left. Next, clean the dipstick with absorbent paper, reinsert it completely, and pull it out again. At this point, check the indicated level and, if it is too low, unscrew the black cap on the left, position a funnel in the hole, and add a small amount of oil at a time, checking the level again with the dipstick.
