How to Replace the Key Battery for the Jeep Gladiator

To replace the remote key battery, proceed as follows: take a screwdriver and pry along the seam of the remote to detach the back cover. At this point, you will have access to the compartment containing the battery (model CR2540); always use the same screwdriver to remove the battery. Then, take the new battery and place it in the compartment, ensuring the positive terminal is facing up. Finally, reattach the remote key cover by snapping the clips back into place.
