Engine Oil Replacement on Jeep Compass

In this video, you can see how to replace the engine oil when the message to change the engine oil appears on your Jeep Compass. When this message appears, it means that the engine oil in your vehicle needs to be replaced. First, lift the bonnet and open the engine oil cap; position your vehicle on a column lift to raise it, or use a jack. Take a socket spanner to unscrew the bolt from the oil sump; allow all the oil to drain into a waste disposal container. Once all the engine oil has drained, securely close the bolt of the oil sump. Lower the vehicle back to the ground, lift the bonnet, and top up the oil (use 5W-30 oil) for a Compass 2.0 CRD engine; approximately 4 litres will be needed. Tighten the engine oil cap securely.
