How to Replace the Fuel Pump in a Jeep Grand Cherokee

To replace the fuel pump in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, lift the vehicle to loosen the protection panel at the rear underside. Protected by this panel, there is the fuel tank. You will need to remove it from its housing by unscrewing the screws that hold it and disconnecting the connectors. At the top of the tank, you will find the fuel pump, which can be extracted from its housing by freeing it from its fixing screws and associated pipes. Then, insert the new pump, remounting all previously disassembled components.
