To open the fuel flap of the Jeep Renegade, there is no need to press any button inside the cabin to unlock the mechanism. Simply apply a light pressure on the side of the flap to release the locking mechanism, granting access to the fuel cap underneath.

The cap should then be unscrewed to allow for refuelling; once refuelling is complete, the cap can be closed and the flap repositioned by applying pressure again on the left.
