First of all we position our motorbike on the central stand and start by draining the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; then we go to disconnect the clutch wire, unscrewing the adjuster nut. At this point we unscrew all the screws of the clutch casing to remove it, using a socket wrench; now unscrew the five screws of the clutch pack and remove the springs, and then remove the clutch plates. How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
