The operation of the "Valve protection" system on the Kia Sportage LPG

On the Kia Sportage NQ5 with LPG, a valve protection system called "valve care" is installed to protect the valves which are more stressed in LPG models compared to petrol versions. As seen in the video, the system injects a special additive into the fuel, creating a protective film on the valves, reducing wear and preventing long-term problems. In order for the system to function properly, this liquid must be refilled periodically, with a frequency depending on environmental conditions and driving habits. It is indicated by the device shown in the video, and should be checked every 15,000 km approximately. The liquid can only be purchased at Kia dealerships, and must be an original product to ensure the perfect functioning of the system.
