In this tutorial we can see how to deactivate the Lane Assist system in the KIA Sportage, an extremely simple and quick operation, to be carried out for example in case we find it too intrusive. First of all, let's go inside the car, then start the vehicle, reach the settings screen and hold down the "OK" button.

Then enter "Driver Assistance", "Lane Safety", select "Off" and check that the corresponding light has appeared on the dashboard. To reactivate the system, simply select "Assist" or, if preferred, "Warning Only".
