How to remove the side panel of the dashboard of the Kia Picanto

Let's see how to remove the side panel of the dashboard of the Kia Picanto MK2: on the driver's side it is the left panel near the door, while on the passenger side it is the symmetrical right panel. Insert a plastic tool into the upper slot, located between the panel and the dashboard; exert a slight pressure outwards, until you hear a click of the plastic fasteners opening. Continue downwards, following the perimeter, gently pull when all the fasteners have unlocked. On some versions there may be hidden screws under screw covers, which can be inside the glove compartment, or under removable tabs. Once removed, we can follow the system previously described.
