How to perform the oil change of the Kia Optima

In this video tutorial we will see how to replace the motor oil on a vehicle that has traveled 12,000 km. The vehicle in question is the Kia Optima, produced from 2010 to 2015. We open the front hood of the car and unscrew the oil tank cap, keeping the hood open we lift the car on stands or on a scaffold. Using a 16 mm wrench, we unscrew the oil tank drain cap and let the oil drain into a container. If the drain cap gasket is worn, we replace it before closing the tank. Then we unscrew the oil filter box and replace the filter. We lower the vehicle to the ground and fill the motor oil tank with 5 liters of oil.
