Open the tailgate and locate the two screws that secure the light; at this point, you can detach it by pulling it towards you after disconnecting the electrical connector. Normally, the lights come with wiring, so just connect the harness to the new light.

Check that the replacement has the bulbs included (the one in the video did not) and if necessary, reinstall your own (taking care not to touch the bulb with your fingers), then attach the light, tighten the screws, and close the tailgate.
