How to Reset the TPMS on the Kia Sorento

Let's see how to reset the TPMS light on the Kia Sorento. First, check and adjust the tyre pressures, comparing them with those indicated on the sticker located on the driver’s door pillar. On some versions, simply drive for 15/20 minutes at a speed above 15 mph: this allows the system to detect the new pressures and reset automatically. On older versions, you will find a physical reset button, which may be located under the steering wheel, in the glove compartment, or on the driver’s control panel. Just turn on the ignition, press and hold the button, and wait for the light to blink three times. Release the button, turn off the car, and then turn it back on. On newer models, this operation can be done via the infotainment system by going to 'settings'/'vehicle'/'tyre pressure monitoring'. Here, look for the 'reset' option and confirm the operation.
