Before starting, open the front bonnet of your Kia Venga. Begin by unscrewing the bolts that secure the terminals to the two battery poles, then disconnect them. Next, disconnect the two connectors of the ECM, which is located behind the battery. At this point, unscrew and remove the bolts of the battery support brackets using a 12 millimetre spanner. Once these brackets are removed, you can take out the battery, completing the disassembly. To install the new battery and close everything up, simply repeat these steps in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.
