Instructions for Removing the Door Panel

Model: Kia Sorento MK 1 - Years 2002-2009

First, disengage the triangular plastic cover located just behind the external rear-view mirror; remove the protective cap from a screw located inside the opening lever housing to unscrew the screw itself; another screw is located below the handle grip (you need to remove the sort of mat at the bottom). Then proceed to remove the expansion screws of the pressure clips along the edges: simply rotate them a few degrees to allow them to slightly protrude and enable the closure and extraction of the clips themselves. At this point, disengage the panel by disconnecting the window lift control connectors. Then proceed with the speaker replacement by making the necessary electrical connections.
