How to Replace the Timing Belt on the Kia Sportage?

To replace the timing belt on the Kia Sportage, open the bonnet and loosen the screws securing the upper engine cover. Next, move the pipes that obstruct access to the side of the engine and remove the side cover. This will provide access to the rollers, and in particular, loosen the nut on the tensioner roller. By loosening it and holding the other pulleys in place, you can slide off the belt and replace it with a new spare part. After the replacement, reinstall all previously removed parts.
