How to Change Engine Oil on the Kia Mohave Borrego

If you plan to change the engine oil on this vehicle yourself, follow the instructions below and check out the tutorial video. First, open the hood and unscrew the oil filler cap. Lift the vehicle and locate the drain plug under the oil pan. Use a wrench to unscrew this plug after placing a container on the floor to collect the used oil. Next, locate the oil filter next to the oil pan, which needs to be unscrewed with the appropriate wrench and replaced with a new one, making sure to replace the gasket and lubricate it. After all the used oil has drained out, re-screw the plug and return to the engine compartment to fill it with new oil. Finally, close the filler cap and check the level with the dipstick.
