How to Remove the Dashboard of the Kia Sportage

To remove the dashboard of the Kia Sportage, first unscrew the screws located behind the steering wheel to extract the airbag, then loosen the nut underneath to completely remove the steering wheel. Once the steering wheel is removed, proceed to detach the plastics of the steering column and then those of the centre tunnel: the panel with the climate control commands can now be extracted by unscrewing its fastening screws and disconnecting its connectors at the back. At this point, it will be possible to detach the side plastic covers of the dashboard, removing the entire centre panel and replacing all necessary components.
