After performing the regular maintenance as per the vehicle's service schedule, you can reset the service warning light on the instrument cluster display, which serves as a reminder for the maintenance interval, depending on both mileage and any time expiry; this reset is done manually using the steering wheel controls and does not require any diagnostic tools; turn on the ignition, scroll through the settings menu until you reach the maintenance section, and then perform the reset.
