How to reset the service reminder in a Kia Sportage?

To reset the service reminder on a 2021 Kia Sportage, follow these general steps: Start by sitting in the driver's seat and ensuring that all doors are closed. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position. Do not start the engine. Locate the trip computer button on the dashboard. It is usually found on the right side of the steering wheel or on the dashboard. Press and hold the trip computer button for a few seconds until the service menu appears on the dashboard display. Navigate through the menu options using the trip computer button until you find the option to reset the service reminder. The exact location of this option may vary depending on the model and trim level of your Kia Sportage. Once you find the service reminder reset option, press and hold the trip computer button again to confirm the reset. Release the trip computer button and turn off the ignition.
