When the red oil warning light comes on in a Kia Carens, it means that you need to replace the engine oil and the corresponding filter. The oil filter on the 2017 Kia Carens Diesel 1685cc is located under the bonnet, specifically beneath the engine next to the oil reservoir.

To replace the filter, simply open the reservoir cap and unscrew it to remove the old filter. Once the old filter is removed, insert the new filter and then close the cap. After completing this operation along with the oil change, you can resume normal use of the vehicle.
