How to Reset the Service Light on the Kia Sportage?

On the instrument cluster of the Kia Sportage, to reset the Service light, you need to turn on the instrument cluster by inserting the ignition key into the appropriate slot: once it is on, you can press the button to access the menu located on the right spoke of the steering wheel.

You will need to navigate using the arrow buttons also located on the right spoke of the steering wheel until you can select the "Service interval" option: then a message will indicate how long it has been since the service was due. By holding down the OK button, you can make the light disappear.
