Today, you will learn how to change the engine oil while performing the regular maintenance service on a KTM SMC 690 R. First, unscrew the oil drain bolt located on the left side of the engine; then let all the oil drain into a container for about twenty minutes before replacing the bolt. Next, unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover and remove it, replacing it with the new one, as shown in the video; finally, pour the new engine oil through the filler cap and fill it to the maximum level!
